We have upgraded a client from Sage 6.5 and copied a large number of documents into new storage areas in Sage X3 V12 patch 21

A lot of documents i can successfully open the attachments  but others I get

If I attach the document again I get this message

and it resolves the issue

So X3 knows the file is there, its like it needs a refresh.

this error did appear when I tried to scroll down the documents

Has anyone else see this error
