EAN128 can contain different information, lot,
expiration, units, weight, etc.,
that before each value has a code that identifies it (01) for article (3101) for boxes ...
my question is if there is a function that knows interpret these codes,
and when reading the code I already separate all this information, or not,
and therefore, I have to collect the EAN string and manually treat by code made by me.

My understanding is that you would like to record receipts by scanning a barcode in EAN128 format.

I am not sure this kind of feature is native in Sage X3.

You can find additionnal information by looking at ADC activity code related to VT Terminals / Radio Frequency technology.

What you could do after scanning the barcode is indeed parsing it and preparing a record for the reception.

Your code could be outside Sage X3 and the reception would be created through Webservice.
