Sage X3 Version 12 Installation

Question

hi guys, can someone please help me i am in real frustration. i am trying to install sage x3 V12.0.19. After Installing Syracuse Server i am trying to add demo folder using into folders using Sage X3 Management Console. But it says my FOLDERS.xml file is missing in X3 solution root folder. I am not able to add any folder because of this missing file. Can someone please help me and send me this FOLDERS.xml file or content of this file? I will be very thankful.

Hi Naveed,
Just to clarify, you mentioned that you installed syracuse server and after that tried to import a new folder through the console?
If it is your the cenario, you should try to run the supervisior install first, this process creates the file FOLDERS.xml
