Make sure the syracuse service is stopped before running the new installation, check that  node.exe is not running, then try the installation again.

Hi Mikael, thanks for your help. I tried again as your mentioned, stop Syracuse & Agent Syracuse service and checked no node.exe running, reinstall Syracuse again but it's still popup the same error message.

MongoDB version is 3.4.16 and Elasticsearch version is 2.4.4. and I am not sure if it will check these two components version before upgrading.

You must upgrade your MongoDB first to 3.6.14 and then to 4.0.18.  Elastic search go for version 6.4.3.

Hi Mikael, I also seem to encounter this error message, I hvae upgrade to Mongo 4.0.18 but having some trouble finding Elastic search 6.4.3 - I cannot find it the patch releases
