Creation of New Folder creation from user screen, unable to get full access?

Question

Hi All, 
 
 I created a new folder from the front by using authorized Admin role access. But am not able to get full access rights to the newly created folder. it giving me an error while accessing the folder. 
 needed suggestions on how to get full access to this folder. My user roles are ADMIN. 
 
 am not able to access copied companies & sites. History of invoice and orders.

Hi, 
 This is not the way how this is done in Sage. 
 First of all, you need to connect to X3 reference folder and under Setup -> Folders you must add needed folder and do folder validation. 
 Only after this step is done, you can add an Endpoint (and a must is to add Super administrator to groups) under Administration and be able to connect to newly created folder.
