Menu Modules and Items via Patch

I have a new menu module and menu items which I added manually via the Authoring tools in X3. Does anybody know if there is a way to include these in a patch to load to another system, so they don't have to be added manually?

I too would like to know how this is done. So far, all I have found is going by means of the Import tool or the Menu profile import. Neither seem to be for individual Menu items or Modules unless I am reading what I'm finding incorrectly. Any help is much appreciated!
