Hi!  To see the next pages of your query you need to click through the arrows (as highlighted below) - this is V11.  I would imagine that V12 has a similar set of arrows or "next"/ "last" options.  Depending on how you are exporting the data, you may only get the currently viewed data.  I use the export in the right hand column and am able to see all of the data in single file.

Thank you, some other screens have the next or last option, and that was what I was looking for. LOL

Good to know about the export function. I was using the one below. Its not intuitive to know that one only exports the page and the other the entire report.....

Don't feel bad about the arrows... I learned about that after spending about an hour on the phone with Sage tech support trying to figure out how to see the next page!   Trial and error on the export function.  Not always intuitive!

I did just post another question regarding another query i was running. its supposed to be for all customers, and it only returns results on CAD customers. Would you know why that happens?

I would guess one of your table links is somehow filtering out the other customers.  I would look at the joins that you are using and see if any of them might be causing the exclusion

what do you mean by joins? It was an existing query that was suggested to use it and delete what i didnt want

I don't see anything obvious on that stock query.  One thought is, do you have sales reps assigned for non CAD customers?  

NO we don't. I removed it from the bottom portion but it would not allow me to from the upper area

Even though you have removed it from the reported columns on the bottom, the table is still joined and is still part of the data filter.  If you have not already, please make a copy of this query and save it to a different name.  Our partner suggests adding a Z to the standard query name - this would be ZVEN049.  they do not recommend changing the standard queries, but you are free to change the copied custom query as needed.  

Once you make a copy, you can delete the table join (the line between the Sales Rep table and the Sinvoice V table).  This will remove the sales rep from your filter.  then you can actually delete the sales rep table as well.  I would try that and see if it changes the results

I do exactly that. the renamed query is ZVEN049!

I tried to delete the table as there is an "X" but it would not allow me. But i was not aware to remove the "line" joining them, and then try to delete. I will do that now. and validate and re-run
