Are you using Sage Enterprise Intelligence as this will be a much better option than trying to bring over the crystal report for a deprecated report.

Yes, I understand. The point I am trying to make is that it would be much better for you to use SEI rather than attempting to bring over a report that is no longer supported in X3. 

However, client refused to buy SEI license.

So, given only SAP Crystal Report, where do we start to recover the report?

You would need to get it from a v11 installation. Keep in mind that it is not supported in v12. It may not work with v12 or above

Duplicated the reports details from X3 v11 instance.

Took over the reports from X3's REPORT/ENG.

Seems ok.

[CONSBAL] Account Balances inquiry (Financials > Inquiries > Account Balances) -> Similar to BALGRP, but in Sage X3 inquiry format which can be easily export to Excel format.
