we are new to Sage X3 CRM and, to be honest, we find it really complicated. For now, it's ok if we skip targets and presentations and we just would like to manually add some leads/customers/contacts to an existing marketing campaing. Is that possible, please?

We would like to track, for example, all NDA we contacted for a specific marketing campaign, and our sales team decide who to contact, so we don't need to set up a target.
