Have you tried the following? It is most likely set to 500, increase it to 1,000 by using the steps below. 

The code in the error above references the screen ITU. 

1. Open Development, Processing Dictionary, Screens, Screens
2. Select Screen Code ITU
3. In Line 1 increase the Line column to allow for the number of customer assigned to product
4. Click Save and Validate
