PURCHARE ORDER PRINT FUNCTION TO BE TIED TO APPROVAL

Hello All, 
 Please i need your help. 
 When a purchase order is raised and goes for approval, the buyer can print the transaction without the purchase order been fully Approved. 
 Please is there a way we can make the Print Icon be enable only when a transactions is completely approved.

I don't know if this is possible in Sage but what I've done was modify the crystal report to add condition: PORDER.APPFLG = 3 so it will print a blank report if the PO is not completely signed.

I believe the best way to do it from the crystal report. 
 do a Suppress for the detail section or even the whole report and try to use this. 
 if {PORDER.APPFLG_0}<>3 then true else false;
