Sales Invoice option missing from menu.

Today for some unknown reason the Invoices module is not displaying on anyone's menu today.  There was no issue yesterday but would anyone know how to correct?

    Hello Christine,

    First, I would suggest searching for a sales function such as GESSIH by searching for the function code via elastic search on the X3 home screen. See example below.

    If you encounter an error or the function does not display in the search results, it's likely a functional authorization issue or a permissions issue (i.e., function profile, access code). If you can access the function from the elastic search results then, it's likely a display issue. I would review the user's menu profile (GESAPN) to verify the sales invoice module is listed appropriately. 

    Since this change occurred suddenly, you would need to investigate what configuration or security change occurred within X3. Sage KB 106176 contains some relevant info for this issue as well. As always, don't hesitate to open a support ticket or reach out to your business partner if further assistance is necessary.
