As per this article, the runtime doesn't allow 2 bit caracters in the file name. This article states that the issue was fixed in V11. As a workaround, you can rename the files with English characters and upload them.

thanks for sharing the information.  We are running v12 p30. Is it being solved for this v12 p30 version?
