I have a few questions in regards to my original question.

1. How do I determine my business partner?

2. At the time that I had found the KB articles referenced in my questions, there wasn't an option to mark them as "favorite" but I see that is now available.  The problem is that searching KB doesn't give any results as it appears all of the solution id numbers have been changed.  How can I find these again so I can mark them as "favorite"?

Hello Robin, Yes, the KB IDs have changed and you can use the solution ID 230913185627887 to use it for future reference.

Thank you for finding the updated solution ID for me.  I noticed the created and last modified date are the same - today.  Does that mean someone had to find the old KB article and repost it with a new solution ID today?

Also, would you be able to confirm if this new solution ID belonged to solution ID 112285 or 86098?

Robin, Yes, that's correct. When we moved to the new platform only a few KBs were brought over. So, I had to create a new one.

This solution ID belongs to 112285.
