Hello, you may want to check the user profile you have assigned to the Web Service Pools. the message says that you do not have access to the site. Which means the user account does not have the appropriate access. Update the user profile on the pools to an ERPFULL user badge.

I tried to add this badge to the user that is configured in the web service and also create another one, but without success.

This is a users permissions issue, the user you are using does not have access to perform the operation on the site E001. Provide the user with access to transact / view data from that site and your web service will work.
