Greetings Joel, Thanks for the post. It's a great solution. I checked the same and it's working fine when I see Plan Simulation for Financial Year, though when I see Period wise which shows Month wise simulation, I am getting wrong calculations. Am I missing something?

The declination of the balance is year on year not month by month.

Also beware of teh trap the used to be there, in that X3 always straight lines depreciation after some years.

To get around this set the number of years to 99. The stright line will kick in long after the asset will have been sold or scrapped

The system is letting me see the month by month balances, there I am getting confused. Anyway, I will keep the points in mind.
