[v12p32] Question about SUP > ATC > ATTSECUR, where the file is actually stored?

SOLVED

Hi,

Reference used: https://online-help.sageerpx3.com/erp/12/wp-static-content/public/Attachments/Content/How-to%20guides/Platform/Attachments/T1%20Attachments.htm

For maintenance purpose, may I know where the secure files are stored?

This is important for disaster recovery procedure and would rather not provide a surprise for my client when recovered from file-level DR and there were no attachments in the folder.

    [Tested on v12p33]

Additionally, if there is a company requirement to upload and keep attachment segregated by X3 volumes, turn off SUP > ATC > ATTSECUR.

When turned on, it will affect all file upload, including those that are deliberately uploaded to custom X3 volumes.

If you need to clean up the attachments, open SSMS (if SQL Server) and check table: AOBJTXT

Look for the NAM and ORINAM fields.
