Creation of New Non-Financial Site that should only be warehouse and have no financial impact on existing company or sites.

SOLVED

We need to create a warehouse site (Non-Financial Site), that should not have any link to the company's financials and inventory once the delivery is done.

on the other hand, the site should only receive the items, and send the partial deliveries upon request.

we have a customer to whom we are selling our products. after the completion of the sale process, we are going to manage the inventory as well, but it should not have any impact on Company's inventory.

it will be a warehouse of customers managed by My Company only for partial deliveries after receiving sold items.

For example, Item A sold to customer X001, and delivered from any of Company ABC's sites. Customer X001 has its own warehouse managed by Company ABC.
Since the items are already sold to customer X001 and left Company ABC's inventory. Company ABC only worries about the collection.

At the new site, items were received at the customer X001's warehouse, managed by Company ABC. The link between Company ABC and customer X001's warehouse new site will be broken, the site only creates Sales orders, receipts, and partial deliveries upon request.

Further, all deliveries from Company ABC's other sites to this customer X001 will not become part of stock as those will be used directly without being routed from this warehouse.

 The delivery created for the New site of customer X001 should be the separate delivery type that will be used to issue the stocks to the customer X001 warehouse. ( normal delivery will be used for direct sales to this customer X001)

 Item received in the New warehouse should have a value of 0.01

Sale orders will be prepared with the same value (0.01 per unit) on delivery the cost of sales and revenue will cancel each other impact. Any stock on the site will have immaterial values which can be adjusted while preparing the FS

A sale invoice will be created for all the deliveries at the month's end to cancel the impact on shipped not invoices items

Unfortunately, our Sage partner has not provided us with the solution we are looking for.

    My understanding is the following one: your company (Company ABC) is performing a classic sales process BUT the stock is sent to a customer (X001) warehouse that is managed by your company (ABC) hence in Sage X3 (or does the stock remain physically on your location?). Consequence, you need to manage the physical stock but not value anything on company ABC GL.

    This is confusing why would you like to have a value for this stock? why 0.01 (that seems an odd and very specific value)?

    Maybe in your case, you don't really need to manage the products in stock on the new customer (X001) warehouse, what do you think?

    Answer: Both the Stock and Sale process has been done at once, like normal sales procedure until the delivery. now at the customer (X001) site, we will have a physical warehouse, where one of our employees (Company ABC) will receive the delivery on behalf of Customer (X001) like a normal receipt. now Customer (X001) will make a request for partial delivery, (Company ABC) (Newly created site) will create a Sales order and process the delivery to (Customer X001) and record it with the delivery note. this delivery should not impact the GL of (original existing Company ABC). Whatever stock moments and transactions happening at the customer warehouse should not have any impact on the GL of the main (company ABC).

    we can give a 0.01 value to the stock, in case we have to give a value to stocks(minimum value). otherwise, we don't need this value(0.01). Any stock on the site will have immaterial values.

    Is the process described above the solution provided by your Sage Partner?

    We had multiple meetings with sage partner in this regard. they have no clue yet.

    other questions are iirrelevant.

    In that case, I can suggest to manage this new site under a new X3 company (<> ABC). This should be sufficient to exclude from ABC GL any posting of some sorts.
