    Hi BINOYJO,

    For errors related to installing/upgrading I suggest reaching out to your business partner for assistance.

    A couple areas to look at would be the upgrade log, this may contain additional info regarding the error, try running a folder unlock, if this was scheduled to be ran through a batch, try manually running the upgrade.

    There are many components involved that could potentially cause errors in this process, if the BP needs assistance in determining a cause for this they can then reach out to the local X3 support team to create a case.
