Question

When using Sage X3's SOAP API Web Services, a Sage X3 user got this issue when accessing SOAP API from outside using third-party tools like SOAPUI. 
 Full error:

 I found out that: 
 1. Administration > Users exist. 
 2. Setup > Users exist on at least one endpoint. 
 3. At an endpoint's Setup > Users, Web service connection is not turned on. Turned it on.
