I recommand to set the formula on all formula column A, B, C and D for you are sure this formula will be used for all cost calculations (standards, budget, revised, simulated, planned cost and actual cost) disregarding the configuration set in your solution.

And then you assign this overhead code to your finish product in the product-site record:
