The key of ATEXTRA table includes the following field CODFIC+ZONE+LANGUE+IDENT1+IDENT2.

So you should indicate all them in the Link to QLYCRD table.

For the translation of the record title it should be something like: 'QLYCRD'; 'QLYDESAXX'; 'ENG'; [F:QLC]QLYDESAXX (because managed in the header so no need to include the line).

But the translation for the text, it should be more like: 'QLYCRD'; 'QLYDESAXX'; 'ENG'; [F:QLC]QSTTEXAXX;  [F:QLC]NUMLIN (because managed in the line).

So I guess you were able to successfully create the technical sheet record even witout the description.

You need to link ATEXTRA table on 2 differents way to the table QLYCRD which is not standard. So I would advise you start by importing technical sheet (w/o the table ATEXTRA) and then you do a second import template to populate the information in ATEXTRA in both fields (QLYDESAXX  & QSTTEXAXX) and all languages. This second template need to include the fields CODFIC, ZONE, LANGUE, IDENT1, IDENT2 and TEXTE.
