After reviewing with Sage we determined that we needed to make a small workaround in the Templates.

1. In the set-up tab decrease the value in the Data Header Columns by 2 (generally from 7 to 5)

2. In the _STP tabs, copy row 6 from Column C to the end to row 1

3. In the Data tabs delete the first 2 rows

One correction:

Step 2: In the _StP tabs, copy row 6 from Column C to the end of the defined columns and copy to row 2 (starting @ cell C2).
