If you have a conflict between 2 imports, I suggest to groupe them in a group of tasks (GESABG) or Import/expert sequence (GESAEN): so the 2nd import only start when the 1st one is completed.
But 2 minutes as frequency is very high: not only you may overload the batch server but what if the import lasts more than 2 min so the next run will start before the completion of the previous run leading again to the current error.

If you need real time, you can favor web services (for instance https://online-help.sageerpx3.com/erp/12/staticpost/import-export-soap-web-service/?highlight=AOWSIMPORT) or you can keep the current but need extra customization:

1/ EITHER you can use job files to create the task in the batch server only when you need it:

2/ OR you can have a ongoing task (a bit like the accounting task) that will check every 2 minutes if a specific directory is empty. If not, it would trigger an import with archiving of the flat file (GIMPEXPPAR).

2. Recurring Task, One single query, and Proceed if error ticked? Sorry, not familiar on this part here.

Additional note: In recurring task setup, for Group of Tasks, only accepts up to 3 fixed start time. Recurring by time range and frequency is not accepted. If need, you need to create dedicated recurring task for each actions or create a dedicated main action file calling from other scripts which introduce development effort to Subprog the codes.

Not I know of. Being a functional consultant, I would not be able to provide more details.

I have a Task that links to a Function that links to an Action that links to a script which has instruction for import file and additional action before and after import.

Problem is, where do I start to write Standard/Specific script for an import/export template and where do I put the script at?

Otherwise, I believe it is possible to use the import/export sequence in place of preparing group of tasks which introduces Functions and Actions.
