[v12p34;Syracuse 12.19.3.4] About Forgot password? feature

Question

As per: ALERT : Syracuse Server 12.19.3.4 (Security hotfix for 2023 R2) 
 I noticed there's a Forgot password? now. I press on it and there is an error of code 2. Where do I turn it on?

At Administration > Global settings, at Mailer's Default mailer, add in the Notification Server.
