We are using signature management to trigger the sales order to go on hold if their credit authorization is over the limit. It's been working really nicely so far.
You can do it on an order by order basis by going to the "Hold" field within the management tab.
Or you can put every new order on hold by going to the customer screen and choosing "Hold" under the Management tab.
Our orders automatically go on hold if the customer is over their limit and we know we can place the customer on hold manually.
The scenario is when a customer has an overdue balance that is under their credit limit.
We were wondering if there's an option to have newly placed orders go on credit hold automatically when the customer is overdue even when under their credit limit.
