There are two entry transactions, one for proforma and one for customer invoice. Is it possible to provide a user with modify access to the proforma but not the invoice? I don't believe so because they are both the GESSIH function where the options are defined but thought I'd ask. We are at V12.

Maybe. Can't you just assign an access code to sales invoice transaction entry type set on the invoice and then no code on the proforma and then provide no modification right on that code? My sample is with Sales Order where we normally use SOI but need some users to have SON type. Also we only show FULL ENTRY to admin forcing all other user to use the standard modified screen for their install but still allowing access to the full screen for ADMIN.
