Using Sage X3 Mobile Automation(ADC) and Oauth

Question

Hello 
 We're currently authenticating to Sage X3 using OAUTH with Microsoft and have no issues with it. When we try to login to the Mobile Automation site using OAUTH, we're getting an error saying, "No ADC badge can be granted". If we log into the Mobile Automation site using a local account/password, we're able to get in. Am I missing a step something? Both these users are in the same group/role/badge.

If I add ADCALL to Super Administrators group and I am in Super Administrators group, I get ` No ADC badge can be granted`. 
 If I made a custom group and role with only ADCALL, change to the custom group with ADCALL and logout and login to the handheld variant, I can enter with no issue.
