In SETBOUT put CHMEN to blank to disable all buttons:

 CHMEN =  ""
 Gosub SET_BOUT_SPE From GSAISIE

Next, if condition is ok, enable button:

 CHMEN =  "i"
  Gosub SET_BOUT_SPE From GSAISIE

I believe you may be using a function based on an action having ActionTemplate=WindowEntry?

If that is the case, you can use VIREBOUT but with CHMEN instead of CHAINE.

 Call VIREBOUT(CHMEN,"i") From GOBJET
