Can't you just change the report, so the physical count will ensure these locations are empty without confirming there are no stock on them in sage X3?

The problem is the count is done per product, so to confirm there are no stock on a specific location you would need to enter zero for each product which would be extraordinary time consumming.

Unfortunately, since this is an annual inventory, we need to count ALL locations. I will have to develop a separate manual count sheet for the empty locations I guess. I appreciate the response.
