You could use IMPRIME entry point from AIMP3 standard program

First check that you are printing your report (you don't want to run this for every report) and check that this report is to be printed to a file (destination=4). Only in that case, you can set variable FICHIER to a value that fits your naming format.

$ACTION

   Case ACTION

       When "IMPRIME" : Gosub IMPRIME

   Endcase

Return

$IMPRIME

    If ETAT = 'MyReportName'  and DESTINATION = 4 Then

       FICHIER = "C:\tmp\" + [F:SOH]SOHNUM + "_created.xls"

The issue is solved by modifying the code in the AWRK entry point as the report is using a workflow to trigger the email.
