Looking for an explanation on what "Last Receipt" field means in detailed stock?
Last receipt indicated the most recent date (allocation date) when the stock line has been entered into stock (Field LASRCPDAT in STOCK table). This can be any receipt: misc, supplier, work order, customer return, etc.
I don't see any benefit for this info.
If you seek the last receipt date for a specific lot / serial number / product-site, you would use the table STOLOTFCY (Field LASRCPDAT ) / STOSER (Field RCPDAT) / ITMMVT (Field LASRCPDAT). But I don't see the benefit for a stock line containing no identifier.
I hope this input answers your question.
