ADC Pick Tickets Connection Error

Hello. I've encountered an issue while testing shipment preparation in ADC. Everything works fine until I attempt to change the status of the pick ticket to deliverable. At this point, I consistently receive the following error message:

"An error occurred: xtremX3Inventory.pickTicketLine.updatePickTicketLine: connect ETIMEDOUT 61.177.157.178:954"

Any assistance into resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello Yu,

    You might want to indicate the release and patch level and make sure the rest of the components match the patch level.

    i.e., the Syracuse server, X3 services versions etc.

    Are you using http or https to access the handheld URL?

    Additionally, please review the Syracuse and xtrem.server logs to troubleshoot further.
