I am now sufficiently confused which one should I use from now on.

Should I continue with `online-help.sageerpx3.com/erp/12` or `online-help.sagex3.com` (note the missing erp)?

Hello CHUNHENG, The new online help has a new look and feel but the information is there. For example in the current online help center "https://online-help.sageerpx3.com/erp/12/"  you have the tabs on the top and in the new Sage X3 help center "https://online-help.sagex3.com/erp/12/en-us/Content/Home.htm" same information is listed under but it has different tiles. Foe example, if you want to look at a video for Mobile automation Distribution How to guide,

1. Select "Functional how to guides"

2. "Distribution"

3. "Mobile automation (ADC) for distribution"

Or you can use the search bar to search a topic.

You can still use the current online help center.

There might some hiccups for a few weeks as the content is migrated progressively.
The former link will stay for old versions, but it will be redirected for V12

I just checked out the new v12 online help.  It's going to take a while to get used to the new format, but nice to see some modernization.

Here's a hiccup to check out if you haven't already.  Data Model diagrams are cutoff and no way to scroll right.

I just tried and you can scroll right, at least with Firefox:

EDIT: It does work with Edge and probably with Chrome since the engine is the same, but you don't see the cursor to move right. If you have a mouse that allows going right, it works.

It is a pity to not just display it full screen.
Last, but not least the click the table definition doesn't work for now and brings you back to the home page.

My original post was in Chrome. Thanks for tip. It works to use the keyboard arrows in Chrome and Edge. My Firefox has a scrollbar.

I tend to use Chrome when I'm in a Google/Gmail environment and Edge when in Microsoft environment.

I have noticed that ESC-F1 (Field help) shortcut has failed to work:

While I could use Function help, some are not explained like for GESAUS function, row level permissions:

Should we recommend to use Function help at this moment over Field help as I am used to using Field help for specific field explanation for layman?

Absolutely.
In the future, all the fields will be available in the function help and accessible directly via anchors instead of having 100 000s of small .html files.

Information is not there, the field help is missing, and the links to the actual information under Technical Help > Templates > Objects (and the others) are missing.

I think the old help is back?   Same lady as before on the front page.

Yes, due to the number of requests and in order to limit disruption, we're republished the old online help. However, it will only contain information prior to 2024R1. We'll leave it for a few months while we enhance the current one.
