Creating Buttons in Sage X3 Screens

I need to create a button on the screens, but in Sage X3, I only found small icons. Is there a way to create it?

There is no way to create embedded buttons of this size within the standard Sage X3 UI. Buttons are always added on the header section of the window and is controlled by the Supervisor.
