Did you check the Use-by date as well? When is the expected delivery date?

In short make sure Delivery date < Use-by-date < Expiry date for the lot and sub-lot you selected.

If this is already case, then you may imagine this is a desynch (even if I don't think the expiry date is stored in different tables). In your shoes, I would try to change the expiry and/or use-by-date using the lot characteristics modification function (GESSMX).

Julien Patureau , thanks for the response. I checked the UBD and it matches the expiration date. I was able to create a pick list and make it deliverable after I clicked OK through all of the errors. I think it had something to do with the fact that the SO originally had a delivery date that was beyond the expiration date of the lot. It seems that in spite of the fact that the order delivery date was updated it still had an issue. I was able to get through it but have no explanation as to why. I appreciate your time!
