Has anyone else seen this message after installing X3?
Check that you:
1. Have installed the license
2. Have enough licenses to cover the number of users currently logged into the system
I've also seen this happen when the number of developer licenses is exceeded because the admin user (who is marked with the developer badge) is logged in more than twice.

Thank you for the answer, but that does not appear to be the issue. I did check the license and it should be sufficient. It was on the very first login that I received this message. I will review the licensing more carefully to see if anything looks wrong.

Thank you for your help. The problem was close to what you suggested. The license did not include any developer licenses so the first user to login with that license exceeded the license. It required a new license to be issued to fix the problem.
