Files missing from TRT after patch install

We have a patch that place our compiled source code to the TRT folder.  For the majority of our customer, this works fine.  But we've had a few customer experience a problem, where after the patch install, with no errors, the files are not placed into the TRT folder.  We have been unable to repeat this problem.  On the customers machine, the problem is easily fixed by just manually placing the correct files into the TRT folder.

My question, has anyone experienced this problem?  Does anyone have any insight into what the problem could be, that is not placing the files into this folder?

    Here are some thoughts:

    1. Any chance you have an antivirus blocking the installation of new files?

    2. You might look and verify that the Sage ERP X3 folders have antivirus exclusions in place for those directories and sub-directories.

    3. Check the event viewer logs in windows for any errors announce a problem near the exact patch effort date and time.

    4. Verify the installation account (sagert) is in fact a local admin to the machine
