Two questions:

1. If you log in with the admin user, do you also get the same result?

2. Is the CHQ activity code also activated?

Yes, under the Development --> Data and Parameters --> Development Setup -->Activity code CHQ is active

Hi Samantha,

1. Open Setup, General Parameters, Parameter values.

2. Expand the LOC chapter adn select your Folder.

3. Right click on the USA group and select Detail.

4. Change the USACHK to Yes.

5. Click Ok and Save.

You should now be able to check the format dropdown.
