The issue could be caused by rounding or an incorrect opening balance. There is a knowledgebase article that gives you assistance how to identify the journal. Please search for article number 49709 "Error: "Unbalanced Journal in Legal Currency" during Fiscal Year End"

If all fails, you may need to export the journal detail GACCENTRYD to an Excel sheet and identify the unbalanced journal. There is another kowledgebase that discusses this: 46392 "Error: "GBP Balance unbalanced" during closing a period" The article was written for British Pound (GBP) but this areticle applies to any currency. Also, make sure you review the document atatched to the article.
