Executing external program from batch process/XTDWS

Question

Hello all, 
 
 I am trying to execute a 3 party application from batch/XTDWS using the SYSTEM Files method with no luck. I have this application working great from the client (ie a user) using SYSTEM Files. Is it possible to use the SYSTEM Files method in this way? I am a v5 user on patch set 12 just in case that matters.

We were able to get this working by adjusting the SYSTEM Files command a little bit. The end result was SYSTEM Files "C:\your_dir\program_name_without_file_extention". We noticed that leaving the .exe of the program name allowed things to execute.
