Syracuse installation error

Hi,

I'm facing an error while installing syracuse server for X3 v7.1 on an internal VM.

during the certificate creation, the system throws this error (screenshot attached):

“Cannot connect to server: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect”

 I'm running the installation as an admin and the firewall is disabled

    Hi Mahmoud,

    We have knowledgebase ID 47880 for this topic, in which it asks you to disable the firewall AND set up the install user to act as part of the operating system and be able to run as a service.

    You might also ensure that you launch the installation from an elevated command prompt. Meaning, launch the CMD.exe program as administrator (even if you are logged in as administrator).
