Hello,

I am new to the Sage X3 ERP platform but not new to ERP systems in general.  I am happy to have found this group and hope to learn a lot from the X3 community.  We are in the early stages of X3 implementation and I have a general question about user setup and wanted to see what others are doing.

In the user setup there is a user Code and a user login.  Our pilot system currently has users setup with their first name for the Code and Login.  I see down the road where this will get cumbersome to manage (6 different Mike's).  What have others done with this part of the system for a naming convention?  Has anyone used a number for the Code?
