SEi report won't run for particular user

Hi and sorry I couldn't find an SEI forum,

I’m having an issue with  Sage Enterprise Intelligence.

 

We have a report that is run daily and gets sent to 10+ users.

 

1 of these users isn’t getting the report.

 

We’ve deleted the user and recreated them.

 

We’ve even tried sending it to another mailbox that this user have full access to.

 

Nothing seems to be working and it is only for this one person.

 

What is going on here?
