Hi, I have the same error. How do I create a support ticket?
You can either reach out to your business partner, they can create a support ticket if they are unable to help, or by calling into your local support team to create a ticket, use this link to find the best way to touch base: communityhub.sage.com/global-resources
Whatever you are adding to the data model, your SEI login user must have access to the object. Security can be set at objects design level or at user group role levels. Review the user to see what is available and adjust as needed.
If you have an environment with more than one data connection, such as SQL and MS Access, be sure to have the drivers and verify the environment is configured for the connector.
