The Entity must be linked to an Employee record in order for one to view the detail on Web Self Service.

My suggestion would be to create a Company Rule called ESS Users.

Then load these users as Employees with no Salary amounts.

Then this approver will be able to see the detail.

It worked perfectly. 

I was just wondering how come the user is able to view the Leave inbox item and can view that of the Claims.
