HI,
When setting up a Claim and I click "Use Custom Features" so I can make Attachment Mandatory, the claims does not show again on the WebSS.
Kindly help.
There are two options for employees to see certain Claims in WebSS:
Option 1:
If you expand Self Service under the Navigation Pane
Expand Setup
Select Claim Type
then you will see the list of Claims as below:
