Unable to send Test email from Company Profile under Common Services.

Please i need assistant on the Subject above.I have entered all emailing credentials in the Company Profile under Common services in Sage300 to send a test message.It fails ,when ever i tried.Please i need urgent help,kindly find below screenshot of the email.Thank you awaiting for solutions.

    Summary
    The following error occurrs when sending a document via email:

    "Mail delivery failed. Use the Email tab on the Company Profile screen to send a test email and confirm that all settings are correct."

    Cause
    The mail service cannot be found on the system.

    If a MAPI client is installed, a timeout may cause the error.

    Resolution
    If using Outlook it must be installed locally on the workstation, and be the 32 bit version.

    If an Exchange server is being used, complete and test the SMTP configuration in the Common Services, Company Profile, Email tab.

    If Outlouk, or SMTP are instaled, try a small number of Statements to email.

    I still get the same error message. I am running Sage 300 on a Terminal server.

    Sage 300 v2021 SP2 Classic Desktop

    Outlook 2016  32bit

    What could be wrong or what is wrong that l am doing ?

    I have tried the solution above, the client is on office365,Sage300 v2019 PU5,I have tested the SMTP configurations in common services they still fail, don't know where am getting it wrong.

    When using Office 365 to send email from within Sage 300, fails to send. Was functioning previously.

    Summary

    Sage 300 as of the end of 2021, does not support TLS 1.2 and above. Only TLS 1.0 and 1.1 is supported.

    Microsoft Office 365 has deprecated TLS 1.0 and 1.1 in 2021. To allow legacy support, Microsoft has the below Knowledge base articles, to enable legacy products.

    Cause

    Deprecation of TLS Protocol version 1.0 and 1.1 by Microsoft.

    Resolution

    If the customer is using Microsoft Office 365, make sure to enter a valid email addres in Email Account for Microsoft Office 365 Integration in Users icon in Administrative Services.
