Dear Shazi,

I followed the steps mentioned by Zakariyya Carrim and same i have done long back but did not work.

At the time of verifying the data I am getting the error as screen attached

In this report I am using DLL of Sage 300 (OEINPR3 and View).

New connection creating successfully but while verifying database getting the above error.

Cause

• Old Crystal report has not been updated for use in current version of Crystal
• Damaged Crystal Report

Resolution

• Uninstall/Reinstall Crystal Runtime Standalone
• Redesign or update the customized report
• Restore a copy of the customized report
