How to log a query with Sage Support - New platform active!

When have recently  made changes to the existing platform to log a query with Sage Customer Support.

As from 31 March 2024, the webform links that have been in use have been discontinued.

 

If you use the original webform link, the following message will display:

 

The onscreen message provides you with the options to either submit your query via the Sage Portal (recommended), or using the direct link.

  • Log into the Sage Portal and select Support > Log a Query (New)
  • Alternatively, you can use this link to submit your query
